Counseling

Therapy is about untangling our psychological and behavioral knots.

Old messages about us and the world can really get stuck.  As we outgrow them, somehow they can stay locked in our unconscious mind. Once those memory messages take hold, they can be very tricky to untangle alone. Counseling can help untangle old, unhelpful messages that may be interfering with meeting your goals today.

Dr. Wall & Associates provides individual counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and group counseling.

Clinicians at Dr. Wall & Associates have specialities in trauma recovery, EMDR, Behavior Modification, Attachment Disorders, LGBTQ++ folks, and Women's Experiences.
